I met with a lovely lady who lives in NYC and is a US citizen. She is looking for a Tax specialist to guide her on the tax implications of selling property she owns in Brazil.

• She has the equivalent SS# in Brazil
• Legal resident of Brazil
• She has the equivalent of a U.S. Green Card
• Brazilian Bank Account
