ATM withdrawals vs Wise and other in foreign countries

Hello All, We had reviewed currency exchange in this group and there was a spreadsheet showing that ATM withdrawals were far more expensive than Wise/FX. A client did some research on Perplexity and came up with a Schwab ATM withdarawal for 800k yen being far cheaper than using Wise. Is this correct? Is the old spreadsheet comparison now incorrect?
