Assistance in Phillipines

Hi GFPers,

I received an enquiry from someone seeking help; "I have a client who retired in the Philippines and have reason to believe he is in cognitive decline. To make matters worse, his Philippine partner (common law wife possibly) appears to be working to exploit him. Would you by chance have any insight into something like this?" Anyone have any ideas?
