Assets in Israel?

I am a long-time CFP but new to this forum since I know what I don't know. I have a client couple interested in sheltering assets overseas with a plan to eventually move overseas, either to Europe or Israel. Does anyone specialize in this? Currently assets are mostly in real estate but they plan to sell off properties as the market allows to start to build up liquidity for retirement. They are 45 and 55 currently and last child will launch in 2 years. Anyone here doing this or has experience in Israel?
